2 hot peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 bell peppers, diced
8-10 garlic cloves, crushed
5 ripe medium tomatoes or 1 tin of plum tomatoes coarsly chopped
Salt, to taste
1 tsp. hot or sweet paprika
Handfull of fresh coriander
1. Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over a high heat. Add the peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Stir and lower the heat.
