Breakfast for Hungry Students
A youth center in Jerusalem serves as an educational and vocational hub for students in grades 9–12 who have fallen from more traditional school frameworks. These students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds and are receiving lunch and therapy at the center, which helps improve their self esteem and encourages them to fulfill their potential. Due to the difficult situations in their homes, many of them arrive hungry, without having eaten any breakfast. The hunger makes it harder for them to function and concentrate on their studies. Vision for Israel believes in these kids and their abilities, so we are donating healthy and nutritious breakfasts to help the students focus on their studies and advance toward professional development and self-fulfillment.
